If you plan to attend, please complete the registration form no later than Friday, May 3rd. Upon successful submission of your registration form, you will receive a confirmation via e-mail.

If your site does NOT plan to send any delegates, complete the registration form and select “No” and confirm in the text that no attendees from your site will attend. Registration must be completed so that pre-booked room reservations can be cancelled.
