Dear ARTESiA Investigators and Coordinators,

We are delighted to invite you to send 2 study personnel (PI/Co-PI, Coordinator or device tech) to attend the ARTESiA Investigator Meeting in New York City, on Friday, November 30, 2018 (Operational Session – Geared for Coordinators and Device Techs, but open to all) to Saturday, December 1, 2018 (Scientific Session – Geared to all roles) at The London Hotel. As a side note, we strongly encourage and recommend attendance of your device tech.  They are a critical piece to the success of the study and this really came to light at the New Orleans meeting.  For those sites with multiple techs please also think carefully who would be the most influential device tech and encourage that they attend.

Heming Group is organizing aspects of this meeting on our behalf and must arrange all of your flights and accommodations. Completing the information on this registration site will facilitate the planning of your travels. We look forward to seeing you in New York City!

Delegate must complete the registration form no later than October 22nd.

We must receive the registration form even if you are NOT attending the meeting, so we can CANCEL pre-booked room reservations. Upon successful submission of your registration form, a copy should be received via e-mail.
