Thank you for choosing to attend the 5^th Annual ACT/AEC Consortium Meeting in Edmonton, Alberta on September 23rd to 25th, 2026.

The meeting will be held at the JW Marriott Edmonton Ice District located at 10344 102 St NW, Edmonton, AB T5J 0K9.

We would like to acknowledge that the land on which we will gather is the traditional territory unceded territory of the Treaty 6 (Amiskwacîwâskahikan) people.

Please complete registration form no later than July 31st, 2026. 

We must receive the registration form, even if you are not attending the meeting, so we can CANCEL pre-booked room reservations. Upon successful submission of your registration form, you will receive a copy via e-mail.

Heming Group will be organizing the meeting on our behalf and will arrange all of your flights, arrival ground transfers and accommodations. Please do not make your own airline booking as we may not be able to reimburse you for the full amount paid if you make your own travel arrangements.

You will be contacted by a representative from  Heming Group via email within 14 days of registration.
