We are pleased to invite you to the “PURE Investigators Meeting” which will be held in Lisbon, Portugal from ​​June 23 – 26, 2024.

Once you have registered, a personalized letter will be issued to you within 2-3 business days, which includes your full name, country and passport information. If you require a Visa to enter Portugal, this letter can be used for your application, along with the Host Country Letter that will also be provided.

SCHEDULE:

FLIGHT & HOTEL:

Flight: Your flight will be booked and paid for at the economy level by Heming Group. We strongly suggest using our travel agency Heming Group for your flight booking to avoid reimbursement issues.

Hotel: Accommodation will be arranged and covered for up to 3 nights at the Sheraton Cascais Resort.

Ground transportation in Lisbon will also be provided.  Expenses for visa fees & responsible transportation (e.g., taxi) to local airport can be submitted following the meeting with the provided form and itemized receipts.
