MEETING AT A GLANCE:

September 3rd, 2025:               Arrivals, Registration and Welcome Dinner

September 4th, 2025:               All Day Meeting, followed by Off-site dinner

September 5th, 2025:               All Day Meeting, followed by dinner

September 6th, 2025:               Departures

Accommodation will be covered for the nights of September 3rd, 4th, 5th at the Four Points by Sheraton Kigali Hotel. All meals taking place at the meeting will be covered. Your flight will be paid for at the economy level by PHRI and booked by Heming Group travel agency. Ground transportation to and from airport will arranged for you in Rwanda. If you require a visa to enter Rwanda, you may claim cost following the meeting.
