The G-CHF Study Team invites you to an in-person Steering Committee Meeting on November 4, 2023 in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
This meeting will be held in coordination with the BRAVE & COLT-HF studies with Opportunistic Steering Committee Meetings to follow.
When registering, please indicate your travel dates/times to ensure you can attend your respective Steering Committee Meetings. The program at-a-glance is listed below:

Please complete registration form no later than October 6th, 2023.
FLIGHT & HOTEL: Your flight and hotel will be assigned to you by Heming Group following registration. Your flight will be paid for at the economy level and accommodation will be covered for up to 3 nights at the Hilton Amsterdam. Ground transportation in Amsterdam will also be provided. Expenses can be submitted for visa fees & responsible transportation (e.g. taxi) to local airport. An expense claim form will be provided at a later date. No other expenses (such as meals) will be covered.
