MEETING AT A GLANCE:

December 6, 2024:               Arrivals, Registration and Welcome Dinner

December 7, 2024:               All Day Meeting, followed by dinner

December 8, 2024:               All Day Meeting, followed by dinner

December 9, 2024:               Departures

Accommodation will be covered for the nights of December 6, 7 & 8, 2024 at the Elephant Hills Resort. All meals taking place at the meeting will be covered. Your flight will be paid for at the economy level by PHRI and booked by Heming Group travel agency. Ground transportation to and from airport will arranged for you in Zimbabwe. If you require a visa to enter Zimbabwe, you may claim cost following the meeting.
