NEW IMPORTANT REGISTRATION INFORMATION

ATTENDEE GUARANTEE AND CANCELLATION POLICY

ACT/AEC now require a FIRM guarantee to confirm attendance.  This is due to the financial commitments involved in organizing the event (venue, services, catering, accommodation, flights, staffing etc.).  This policy helps us manage costs responsibly and ensure the quality of the experience for all confirmed participants. Thank you for your understanding and support. NOTE: Should you need to cancel, you or your institution will be invoiced according to the  cancellation fees outlined below.

Cancellation terms:

  • Cancellation from registration receipt to 60 days prior to meeting date – $ 200.00 per person
  • Cancellation between 59 and 30 days prior to meeting date – $ 750.00 per person
  • Cancellation between 29 and 14 days prior to meeting date – $ 1000.00 per person
  • Cancellation within 14 days of meeting date – $ 1500.00 per person

If cancellation occurs and you are able to provide an approved substitute, ACT/AEC may be able to consider a partial or full refund at their discretion.

By completing your registration and checking this box, you acknowledge and accept these terms and will provide payment details upon cancellation for charges indicated above.

 

ADDITONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By attending this event, you grant permission for your image and likeness to be photographed and/or recorded during the event and used in materials including but not limited to ACT/AEC website, social media platforms, and related content, without compensation or further approval. You also consent to receiving communications by agreeing to be added to our contact list.  Additionally, you authorize the inclusion of your name and contact information (as provided during registration) on the attendee list, which may be shared with other participants for networking purposes.  If you do not wish to be photographed or have your information shared, please notify us prior to the event.

For presenters only: you consent to share your slides for presentation upon request.

Name Badge

Once your name is submitted in the name badge section of the registration form, it will be considered final and cannot be changed on site.  Please ensure all information is entered accurately and carefully, as it will appear exactly as submitted on your official event name badge.
