Thank you for choosing to attend the ACT/AEC Canada 4th Annual Meeting, taking place September 25–26, 2025 in beautiful Cape Breton, Nova Scotia.

Location

The meeting will be hosted at the Membertou Trade & Convention Centre, located at 50 Autwen Ma’sl Awti, Membertou, Nova Scotia, Canada, B1S 3W3

Land Acknowledgement

We acknowledge that the Membertou Trade & Convention Centre is located in Mi’kma’ki, the ancestral and unceded territory of the Mi’kmaq People. We are grateful to gather on this land and recognize the enduring presence and stewardship of Indigenous communities past and present.

Please complete and submit your registration form no later than July 18, 2025.  Kindly note that we may not be able to accommodate any late submission.

Please note:

• We must receive the registration form, even if you are not attending the meeting, so we can cancel pre-booked room reservations. Upon successful submission of your registration form, you will receive a copy via e-mail.
• Heming Group will be organizing the meeting on our behalf and will arrange all of your flights, arrival ground transfers and accommodations.
• You will be contacted by a representative from  Heming Group via email within 14 days of registration.

By submitting your registration, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

      · You consent to being photographed during the event and understand that photos may be shared on ACT social media channels and with event participants.

      · You consent to being added to the ACT contact list for future communications.

      · You consent to having your submitted contact information shared with other attendees upon request.

      · If you are a presenter, you consent to having your presentation slides shared with attendees upon request.

      · You agree to the cancellation policy and any associated fees as outlined below;

            o Cancellation from registration receipt to 60 days prior to meeting date – $ 200.00 per person

            o Cancellation between 59 and 30 days prior to meeting date – $ 750.00 per person

            o Cancellation between 29 and 14 days prior to meeting date – $ 1000.00 per person

            o Cancellation within 14 days of meeting date – $ 1500.00 per person

     If cancellation occurs and you are able to provide an approved substitute, ACT/AEC may be able to consider a partial or full refund at their discretion.
